Order information. When you buy coffee we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout — we never see or store your full card number.

Messages. If you email us, we keep that message and your email address so we can respond.

Basic site usage. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which are used to keep the site running and secure.

We use your information to process and ship your order, respond to questions, handle returns or refunds, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our roasting and fulfillment partner — your name and shipping address, so your coffee can be packed and shipped.
• Shipping carriers — your address, so the package can be delivered.
• Our hosting and database providers — to store order records.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.

We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the site and checkout to work, including cookies set by Stripe during payment. We do not run advertising trackers.

We keep order records for as long as needed to support returns, warranties, accounting, and tax requirements. Email conversations are kept until they are no longer useful for customer support.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to orders@drinksecondpour.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records must be kept where the law requires it.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
