Terms of Service

Second Pour sells whole bean coffee directly to customers and publishes espresso equipment guides. Coffee orders are sold by us; we are the seller of record and we handle pricing, support, and returns.

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep product descriptions and prices accurate; if an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your confirmation.

Subscription orders renew on the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal by emailing orders@drinksecondpour.com. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a shipment that has already been roasted and sent, though our satisfaction guarantee still applies to it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Our espresso machine guides are editorial opinion based on published specifications and public information, not hands-on lab testing. They may contain affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Equipment purchases made through those links are transactions with the retailer, not with us, and their terms and return policies apply.

Please do not scrape, resell, or republish our content, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. Site content, the Second Pour name, and our logo belong to us.

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Coffee is a food product. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, contact us before ordering.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Second Pour operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
